RESTAURANT POLICY & TERMS OF SERVICE

DRESS CODE            

We understand while vacationing on an island we tend to dress very casually (or wear little at all!). In order to provide an enjoyable dinning experience for all guests and staff, we ask that you respect our dress code policy. We find the following clothing items too casual for our establishment.

  • Men: sleeveless tank tops

  • Women: exposed bras/undergarments 

  • Women: bathing suits and/or cover-ups

  • Men: bathing suits

  • Men/Women: Clothing with offending graphics or language

  • Men/Women: Overly revealing clothing

  • Shoes must be worn indoors

Anyone with elicit loud and disrespectful behavior may be asked to leave. Frenchy's reserves the right to make changes to any policies or discretionary exceptions at any time and/or refuse service if guests behavior or clothing is deemed inappropriate.

POLICIES FOR CHILDREN

Our policies regarding children is not to deter our guests to come with their children but to ensure that all our patrons and staff members enjoy the best working and dinning environment.  We welcome children and young adults with open arms, just remember we have limited space and don't have the proper seating arrangement to accommodate younger children. Our restaurant is not appropriate for infants and children under 6 years old. Use of electronic devices for children such as phones, iPad, gaming gadgets are allowed but should be kept on silent mode or can be enjoyed with headphones. 

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS

All reservations require a deposit of $ 25USD per person to secure a table for the date and time reserved. The deposit is refunded the moment you arrive for your reservation. Please see our policies regarding cancelations and no-shows.

For holiday preset menus and special events, In order to secure a table for a special event with preset menu/pricing -all guests must pay in full the pre-set price prior to the event. All payments will be confirmed via email.

Why Do You Hold a Deposit To Reserve a Table at Frenchy's? 
Because dinning at Frenchy's restaurant is reservation only, we prepare our dinner service and staff our restaurant based on the number of bookings. We do allow for walk-ins if tables are available but to guarantee your table it is necessary to provide a deposit. Venmo deposits may be made through the Venmo app. Cash or Credit Card deposits must be made in person.

Why we have these policies....

We absolutely understand how it is sometimes hard to keep track of time while being on vacation as well as the nature of unforeseen emergencies. We will happily work with you if the situation calls for it. Unfortunately, we have seen a disturbing trend of last-minute cancelations, No-Shows, and a general disregard of reservation etiquette in the hospitality industry. The direct result of this is loss revenue for both the restaurant and staff - forcing us to implement these policies.

All cancelations must be made at least 48 hours prior to reservation.

No-show: If you do not show up for your reservation, your entire deposit will not be refunded. 

​

Rescheduling a reservation?  The original deposit will still be applied with no additional charges.

​

Holidays & Special Events with Preset Menu/Prices - For cancelation made 72 hours prior to event a full refund will be issued. There will be no refund issued if cancelling less than 72 hours of event.

ALL CANCELATIONS ELIGABLE FOR REFUND MUST BE MADE VIA EMAIL! NO EXCEPTIONS.

Frenchy's reserves the right to make any discretionary or circumstantial exceptions to the reservation deposit/refund policy in place.

What If Frenchy's Cancels My Dinner Reservation?

If for any reason, Frenchy's need to cancel a confirmed reservation, there will be no charge to the guest and a full refund of any deposit will be issued. Please note; we do not take closing our dining room or canceling reservations lightly, but occasionally things happen completely out of our control. 

PRICES, LOCAL TAX & GRATUITIES

Menu prices are listed in USD & BZD. A 12.5 GST is not included in menu price and will be calculated on your final bill. For groups of 6 and more, a 20% gratuity will be added to your final bill. Our team provides exemplary service and the gratuity they receive reflects that. in certain cultures where gratuity is not a customary practice, we reserve the right to add an 18% gratuity to your final bill. 

There will be no more than 3 "split checks" per table. 

CORKAGE, SUBSITUTIONS AND OTHER FEES

 - Corkage Fees: Frenchy's has a corkage fee of $40bzd/$20usd per bottle brought into our restaurant. Only bottles not on our list will be allowed.

 - Cake Cutting/Outside Desserts: For desserts brought into our restaurant, we will add a $10bzd/$5usd per person fee to your final bill.

 - Substitutions:  While we strive to maintain the integrity of our menu, we are occasionally forced to make changes/substitutions based on availability of product. Frenchy's reserves the right to adjust the price of menu selections based on unforeseen hikes in cost for local and/or imported items.

​

 - With the exception of the policies listed above (Corkage & Desserts), We respectfully do not allow outside food in our restaurant.
