RESTAURANT POLICY & TERMS OF SERVICE

DRESS CODE            

We understand being on vacation on an island, we tend to dress very casually but in order to provide an enjoyable dinning experience for guests and staff, we ask that you respect our dress code policy. We find the following cloting items too casual for our establisment.

  • Men and women sleeveless tank tops

  • women exposed braws - bathing suit tops & undergarnment

  • Men swimm suits

  • Clothing with offencing graphics or language

  • Men and women baseball cap

  • Overly revealing outfits

  • No barefoot in main dinning room

Anyone with elicit loud and diserpectful behavior may be asked to leave. Frenchy's management reserves the right to make dress code policy changes at any time and discretionary exceptions as appropriate and refuse service if deemed unapproriate.

CHILDREN POLICY 

We welcome children and young adults with open arms, just remember we have limited space  and don't have the proper seating arrangement to accomodate younger children. Use of electronic devices for children such as phones, ipads, gaming gadgets are allowed but should be kept on silent mode or can be enjoyed with headphones.

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS

All reservations OF 4 OR MORE will be required to leave a $ 25 USD per person for reservations  to secure the date and will be held in our secure system. We will only process the deposit for no-shows and cancelations passed the 48-hour and 72-hour policy.

For holiday preset menus and special events, all reservations must be paid in full prior to the event to secure your reservation.

Deposits and payments can be made in person at Frenchy's in the form of cash or credit card or online using the following payment platforms. All deposits will be confirmed by email for your records.

Why Do You Hold a Deposit To Reserve a Table at Frenchy's? 
Because dining at Frenchy's restaurant is by reservation only, we prepare our dinner service and staff our restaurant based on the number of bookings. We do allow for walking if we are not completely full, so to guarantee your table it is necessary to provide a deposit in the form of cash, credit, debit card, or Venmo to hold your table.

How does it work?

We do believe being on vacation it is hard sometimes to keep track of time, change of plans or last-minute unforeseen emergencies and we are more than willing to work with you in some situations. Unfortunately due to the increasing trend of no-shows, lack of communication regarding canceling etiquette, loss of revenues, and increased cost, we had to implement these policies.

All cancelations must be made before our 48-hour cancelation policy deadline to get a full refund.

No-show? No refund

Rescheduling a reservation?  The original deposit will still be applied at no extra charge

Holidays and special events with preset menu and prices - Full refund of the preset price per person before the 72-hour cancelation policy deadline. No refunds if canceled after the 72 hours period

ALL CANCELATIONS MUST BE MADE VIA EMAIL IN ORDER TO BE CONFIRMED at frenchtouchbz@gmail.com. No expectations!

Frenchy's management reserves the right to make any changes or discretionary exceptions as appropriate and based on circumstances

 

What If Frenchy's Cancels My Dinner Reservation?

Should Frenchy's need to cancel a confirmed dinner reservation due to health and safety reasons, there will be no charge made to the guest and a full refund will be credited. Please note that we do not take closing our dining room and canceling reservations lightly, but given the circumstances, this decision may be necessary 

PRICES, LOCAL TAX & GRATUITIES

Menu prices are in USD and BZD currency and a 12.5 % GST is included. Gratuity is not included in your final bill. For group of 6 and more, we will add an automatic 20 % gratuity to your final bill regardless if its a single or split check. Gratuity is based on the level of service provided by Frenchy's staff, and in certain part of the world, it is not a customary practice to leave a gratuity. In some circumstances, we will add an automatic 18% gratuity to the final bill. We may limit split checks based on group size

CORKAGE, SUBSITUTIONS AND OTHER FEES

Corkage fee: a $ 40.00 BZD ($ 20.00 USD) charge per bottles will be added to your check. We do not allow outside wine if we do carry it on our menu 

Cake Cutting Fees: We reserve the right to add a $10 bzd per person to your bill

Substitutions: We reserve the right to make any substitution to our menu based on product availability. Prices may change at anytime due to import / export and other out of our control costs

No outside food is allowed at Frenchy's
